Ground Mount system
Provide and install a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system, including PV modules, mounting racks, engineered foundations, inverters, DC and AC conductors, disconnecting means, and grounding and bonding systems. The complete installation shall comply with the locally adopted International Building Code (IBC), National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable local regulations, and manufacturer installation requirements. Structural components and foundations shall be engineered to withstand applicable site-specific wind, snow, seismic, and dead loads in accordance with approved construction documents.
Energy Storage System
Provide and install a battery energy storage system (ESS), including battery modules, battery management system (BMS), inverter/charger, associated DC and AC wiring, disconnecting means, overcurrent protection, grounding, bonding, and required safety equipment. The complete installation shall comply with the locally adopted International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC), National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable NFPA standards, manufacturer requirements, and local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) regulations. Provide required clearances, ventilation, signage, and fire protection provisions as applicable.
Container Solar Sytem
PROVIDE AND INSTALL A CONTAINERIZED BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM (BESS) WITH ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BATTERY MODULES, BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, INVERTERS, DISCONNECTS, AND REQUIRED PROTECTION SYSTEMS. INSTALLATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE LOCALLY ADOPTED IBC, IFC, NEC, APPLICABLE NFPA STANDARDS, MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS, AND AHJ REGULATIONS. PROVIDE REQUIRED FOUNDATIONS, ANCHORAGE, EQUIPMENT CLEARANCES, GROUNDING, BONDING, SAFETY SIGNAGE, AND FIRE PROTECTION PROVISIONS PER APPROVED PLANS AND APPLICABLE CODES.
Solar Carport System
PROVIDE AND INSTALL A SOLAR CARPORT SYSTEM CONSISTING OF PV MODULES, STRUCTURAL STEEL SUPPORTS, FOUNDATIONS, MOUNTING HARDWARE, AND ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. DESIGN AND INSTALLATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE LOCALLY ADOPTED IBC, NEC, APPLICABLE LOCAL CODES, AND MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS. STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS AND FOUNDATIONS SHALL BE DESIGNED FOR APPLICABLE WIND, SNOW, SEISMIC, AND DEAD LOADS. INSTALLATION SHALL CONFORM TO APPROVED PLANS AND AHJ REQUIREMENTS.
